Brain Helpers Psychology is a boutique psychology clinic led by Dr Sharon Mittiga (Clinical Psychologist and Educational & Developmental Psychologist) located in Berwick, Melbourne. We provide comprehensive ADHD assessments, autism assessments, learning difficulty evaluations, evidence-based counselling, and Gottman Method couples therapy for children, teens and adults. Dr Mittiga draws on her own experiences with anxiety and focus challenges to create a warm, supportive space for growth using approaches like mindfulness and the Gottman Method.
