What EarlyBloom is

EarlyBloom is an information directory that helps Australian parents find allied health and child development providers. It is not a clinical service. We do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. If you need clinical help, please speak to a qualified practitioner or contact your GP.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep provider listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail (hours, availability, funding acceptance, clinician names, fees) is current. Before you book, please verify key details directly with the provider. Listings on EarlyBloom do not constitute an endorsement.

Use at your own risk

You use EarlyBloom at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with in Australian courts.

Intellectual property

The content on EarlyBloom — written guides, layouts, logos, and curated directory data — is either ours or used under licence. You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not scrape or republish it without permission.

When we add user-submitted content in the future (for example, parent reviews), you will grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on EarlyBloom. You keep ownership of what you submit.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
