Early in Life Mental Health Service (ELMHS) is a place where young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health problems can get help. It is a free service available to those who live in the catchment area, which includes the cities of Cardinia, Casey, Greater Dandenong, Kingston and Monash. ELMHS employs a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, medical officers, psychiatric nurses, psychologists, social workers, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists.
