Head Start Kids is a paediatric occupational therapy service dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions that are engaging, family-centred and fit within busy family lives. Led by Dr Anna Cooper, a paediatric OT with over 15 years clinical experience including work at the Royal Children's Hospital, international schools, and the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. The service specialises in developmental assessments and goal-based intervention for babies, pre-school and school-aged children with developmental delay, cerebral palsy, developmental coordination disorder, fine motor difficulties, handwriting issues, stroke, pre-term complications, sensory processing difficulties, and brachial plexus palsy. Dr Cooper has specialised training in multiple assessment and intervention methods including CO-OP, AHA, mini-AHA, HAI, GMs, HINE, CIMT, BOT, and Goal Directed Training.
