Pinarc has been empowering people with disabilities to reach their full potential since 1999. As a registered NDIS provider, they offer support to children, teens and adults with developmental delay through to high and complex support requirements. They support over 1000 children and adults with their NDIS plans and have the experience and expertise to help navigate services and deliver the right supports across the Ballarat and Melton regions.
